Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily floor service, including warmly welcoming and entertaining customers, and arranging appropriate seats according to customer needs.

• Accurately take customers' orders, clearly introduce menu items, daily specials, and ingredient features, and provide professional and friendly dining advice.

• During the meal, actively inspect the table, timely supplement drinks, change tableware, and respond to customers’ immediate needs to enhance the overall dining experience.

• After closing, thoroughly clean the table, sort and clean the dishes, replenish service supplies, and help maintain the restaurant's public area and work area clean and orderly.

Work requirements

• Fluent in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills, able to naturally respond to local and international customers.

• No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, welcome newcomers to apply; those with food and beverage service experience will be given priority.

• Have good service awareness and emotional management skills, and be able to maintain politeness, patience and focus in a fast-paced environment.

• Can be adjusted to shift arrangements, including afternoon and night shifts, working six days a month, and 4 to 8 hours a day.
