Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Install, configure and test optical fiber broadband network equipment (includingONT, router, Wi-Fi Mesh, etc.) at residential and commercial customer sites to ensure normal operation of Internet services
Conduct line surveys, fiber splicing, port configuration, and fault detection, and complete daily dispatch tasks on time
Provide basic user technical guidance, assist customers in setting up wireless networks and common applications, and fill out electronic work reports
