Strategy Development Engineer (Remote)

Duties include:<br>Responsible for writing, deploying, operating, and iterating quantitative strategy code;<br>Maintain good communication with demand personnel, fully understand strategy needs;<br><br>Position requirements<br>3 years of development experience, proficient in at least two programming languages: Python/Rust/Java/Golang;<br>Familiar with Linux, MySQL or PostgreSQL databases, Redis caching, message queues, containers, etc. basic components;<br>Proficient in concurrent programming and asynchronous programming, able to handle technical challenges in high-concurrency scenarios;<br>Familiar with major CEX/DEX's RESTful API and WebSocket interfaces, with rich integration experience;<br>Familiar with data analysis and processing, able to perform indicator calculation, statistical analysis, etc. related to data development work;<br>Have good communication, learning and expression skills, be good at using AI to improve efficiency, and be able to write high-quality documents and code;<br>Applicants with distributed system development experience and familiar with microservice architecture are preferred.<br>Salary and benefits<br>Monthly salary: 15K~25k<br>Full-time remote & 8-hour work schedule<br>Weekend double pay & statutory holidays<br>MacBook Pro<br>Claude Code Max<br>WLB's work rhythm
