Job Description

1) Position goals

  • Assist in introducing the company's SaaS product features and value to merchant customers.

  • Push merchants to complete subscription (signing) and subsequent activation/use (Activation & Usage).

  • Achieve agreed sales and usage-oriented KPIs (e.g., number of effective business opportunities, subscriptions, activation rates, etc.)

2) Main responsibilities

  1. Product feature introduction and customer communication

    • According to merchant needs, conduct product demo/function introduction.

    • Explain how the product improves merchants' operating efficiency, data management, and customer experience.

    • Answer customer common questions, collect requirements and feed back to the internal team.

  2. Subscription promotion and closing

    • Follow up on leads and arrange for merchants to try out/evaluate the product.

    • Assist in completing the quotation, contract process and subscription agreement.

    • Follow up payment/online preparation, ensure successful completion.

  3. Use guidance (enable after subscription)

    • Collaborate with teams (such as CS/Onboarding) to push merchants to complete their first launch and key feature usage.

    • Follow up on usage progress and assist in achieving "visible value" (such as completing setup, uploading data, completing the first transaction/first report, etc. - depending on your product definition).

  4. Market/data organization

    • Maintain customer data and sales progress (CRM/tables, etc.).

    • Participate in short-term activities: online promotion, telephone/message follow-up, customer interviews (based on actual needs).

3) Product feature introduction

  1. Merchant Management Center

    • Centralize the management of store/inventory information, user permissions and basic settings.

  2. Core business modules

    • For example: Order/transaction management, membership management, work order/service process, content/marketing activities, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Interested in sales work, with basic business communication skills.

  • Able to give a fluent functional introduction (company training and sales pitch/materials are acceptable).

  • Responsibility, ability to follow up on customers and achieve agreed goals.

  • Applicants with B2B/merchant sales experience will be given priority (even those with no experience).

5) Work hours and salary (can be adjusted according to company policy)

  • Hours: Flexible work schedule every week

  • Salary:Basic allowance/salary plus bonuses/commissions: calculated based on subscription conversion rates, usage activation rates or renewal rates (specifically based on the offer)

6) KPI indicators

  • Effective business opportunities (Qualified leads / Opportunities)

  • Number of closed subscriptions

  • Subscription activation rate (Activation rate) or first key action completion rate (First key action completion)

  • Customer follow-up completion rate (Follow-up compliance)
