<p> Work content</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the installation and testing of computers, printers and other peripheral devices, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.</p></li><li><p>Provide basic technical support, instantly solve problems users encounter when using computer hardware, peripherals and related software.</p></li><li><p>Regularly perform hardware maintenance, including cleaning, testing, replacing worn parts, and updating drivers, to extend device lifespan.</p></li><li><p>Assist in executing system upgrades, operating system installations, and common software deployment, and accurately record operation processes and completion results.</p></li><li><p>According to work needs, go to customer sites for on-site support, including equipment installation, fault diagnosis and technical guidance.</p></li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Secondary school graduation or above, with basic computer knowledge; those with 6 months or more of relevant experience are given priority. </p></li><li><p>Those with no practical experience but who have knowledge of basic computer assembly and hardware maintenance can apply for entry-level positions or computer apprentice positions.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Have good Cantonese oral communication skills, be able to clearly explain technical operation steps and effectively guide non-technical users.</p></li><li><p>Understand basic English reading and writing, which can be used to read technical documents or device instructions.</p></li><li><p>Willing to accept on-the-job training and proactive learning of new technologies to improve service efficiency and professional level.</p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p> </p>
