Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the execution and support of the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling and follow-up work.
Assist human resources managers with daily personnel affairs, support various HR projects and administrative operations.
Participate in new employee onboarding related arrangements, including document preparation, attendance process coordination and basic training assistance.
Maintain employee files and system data to ensure information accuracy and confidentiality.
Learn and understand the full human resources operation process, covering recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance, etc. module operations.

Work requirements

Have good communication skills, be able to effectively collaborate with internal departments, and demonstrate a proactive work attitude.
Highly interested in the human resources field, willing to deeply study the operations and strategy application of HR in each link.
Basic English reading and writing skills, able to handle daily emails and file communication.
Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (such as Word, Excel, Outlook), with basic word processing skills.
Preference will be given to those who can work part-time or sign a contract, and who are willing to provide flexible support for short-term tasks.
