Cashier and Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily cash management, including bank deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, to ensure accurate and error-free cash flow

• Handle the verification and follow-up of accounts receivable and payable, and confirm and reconcile invoices with customers and suppliers

• Organize and archive financial statements, invoices, contracts, and other accounting-related documents to maintain a clear and orderly document system

• Support the accounting team to complete the month-end data preparation, including data input, preliminary report consolidation, and Excel spreadsheet updates

• Execute field tasks as needed, such as going to the bank to submit documents, send or pick up checks, or handle related administrative procedures with government departments

Work requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (with basic formulas, data filtering, and report generation capabilities)

• Careful and steady, with a sense of responsibility and time management skills, able to adapt to Saturday work and flexible working hours of 4 to 8 hours per day

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or have met the eligibility criteria for the "High-end Talent Pass Program" (TTPS), "Outstanding Talent Program" (QMAS), or "Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement" (IANG)
