Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Quantity Surveyor

Job Duties

• Perform quantity surveying duties

• Prepare tender documents, quantities taking off by software and pre-tender estimation

• Attend tender interviews, measurement of works in progress, valuation of variations, prepare final accounts

• Attend site inspections, site meetings with sub-contractor

• Liaise with contractors, specialist, suppliers and related parties

• May work for different types of project such as New Building, Redevelopment, Residential, Commercial or other challenging projects etc.

Requirements

• Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Services orequivalent qualifications

• For AQS:At least 1 year working experience, fresh graduate are also welcomed

• For QS:Minimum 3years working experience, or 1 year post qualification experience
