Job Description

Job Responsibilities

According to customer needs, provide professional immigration and study abroad consulting and solutions, design personalized service plans.
Assist customers with Hong Kong's high talent pass, outstanding talent plan, specialized talent plan, and other related visa and application procedures.
Provide Hong Kong education and university admission planning advice, and support Hong Kong company registration, bank account opening, etc. One-stop consulting services.
Continuously follow up on customer status, maintain long-term customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Work requirements

Applicants with a college degree or above, majoring in finance, business, law or related fields are preferred.
No work experience required, those with financial, consulting, immigration services or cross-border affairs experience are preferred, fresh graduates, newcomers to Hong Kong and overseas returnees are welcome to apply.
Have good communication skills and interpersonal interaction skills, be able to effectively understand customer needs and build trust relationships.
Have basic market analysis skills, and be able to propose suitable solutions to different customer groups.
Value teamwork, sense of responsibility and proactivity, and the ability to maintain high performance under pressure.
Preference will be given to those with good Chinese and English writing and communication skills, and those who understand Mandarin or other languages will be given additional points.
