Assistant HR Officer / HR Officer - Payroll

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for calculating employee salaries and related allowances, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages
• Handle monthly attendance data, holiday records, and related adjustments
• Assist in updating and maintaining salary data in the personnel information system
• Support year-end tax filing, MPF contribution, and other statutory reporting matters
• Coordinate with various departments to verify personnel changes and salary adjustments data

Work requirements

• Have 2 years or more of human resources-related work experience, including actual salary calculation experience
• Prefer candidates who have worked for larger companies
• Familiarity with Hong Kong labor laws and MPF regulations is desirable
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with good data processing abilities
