AML System / project

Job Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain anti-money laundering (AML) systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and IT teams to support AML project initiatives, including system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
• Monitor transaction activities through AML tools to detect suspicious behaviors and support the investigation of potential financial crimes
• Configure and optimize AML system parameters such as thresholds, rules, and scenarios to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives
• Support periodic testing, validation, and reporting processes for AML systems, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology, criminal justice, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Proven experience working with AML system
• Familiarity with AML regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, FATF guidelines, and local jurisdictional requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data patterns and assess system performance metrics
