Cabin Service Assistant Manager / Officer

The Oriental Pearl Cruise Co., Ltd. sincerely invites you to join our team and assume the position of cabin service assistant manager or supervisor. You will work in our office in Kowloon Red Hill and be responsible for assisting all cabin operations to ensure that our passengers enjoy a high-quality cruise experience.

Your job

• Manage the daily operations of the cabin department, including work allocation, training and supervision of employees
• Ensure the cabin is kept to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene both inside and out
• Timely respond to passenger complaints and propose improvement suggestions
• Closely monitor industry dynamics, propose innovative ideas to optimize services
• Execute other tasks assigned by superiors

We expect you to have

• Travel, aviation or hotel management related degree, with at least 5 years of similar work experience
• Hold relevant professional qualifications, such as an international travel or business services certificate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively cooperate with the team
• Work is well-organized, and attention is paid to details
• Good problem-solving and adaptability skills, able to handle emergencies
• Proficient in English and Chinese, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
