Job Description

Full house custom furniture store manager is responsible for managing daily operations, improving business performance, and ensuring customers have a quality shopping experience. Main responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the overall operation and management of the store, formulate sales targets and strategies

• Guide and train employees to improve service quality and sales skills

• Monitor inventory management to ensure product availability and attractive display

• Actively conduct market promotion activities to attract new customers

• Handling customer complaints and feedback, maintaining good customer relationships

• Analyze sales data and develop improvement plans to enhance performance

Recruitment requirements

• Clean and professional image

• 3 years of industry experience and at least 3 years of store manager experience

• High school education or above, marketing, management or related professional background is preferred

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate the team

• Have basic financial management and inventory management skills

• Familiar with market trends and customer needs, with market sensitivity

• Have good problem-solving skills and be able to handle various challenges
