<div>Engineer / Assistant Engineer (Air Conditioning Engineering)</div><br><div>Job Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Responsible for the construction and management of air conditioning engineering projects, including progress control, quality supervision and safety measures.</li><li>Process and compile engineering-related documents and reports, and organize construction drawings and progress schedules.</li><li>Assist in engineering bidding and cost estimation, follow up subcontractor construction progress and quality.</li><li>Use AutoCAD to draw preliminary floor plans and construction drawings, and perform basic computer operations.</li><li>Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the project is completed on time and meets relevant standards.</li></ul><br><div>Requirements:</div><ul><li></li><li>Applicants with three or more years of air conditioning engineering experience and a background in wind, fire, water and electricity are given priority. </li><li>Familiar with AutoCAD operations, able to complete drawing independently.</li><li>Have good communication skills, be able to coordinate and cooperate with subcontractors and related departments.</li><li>Able to handle work independently, sense of responsibility and team spirit. </li></ul><br><div>Benefits:</div><ul><li>Working five days and a half per week.</li><li>Provide transportation allowance.</li><li>Year-end bonus and performance-based bonuses.</li></ul>
