Job Description

Duties:

Responsible for daily front-end operations management to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Supervise and train subordinates, improve team performance and service standards.

Assist in setting business goals and pushing for performance achievement.

Ensure the store meets the 5S management system.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of restaurant management experience, those with Chinese food, hot pot, all-you-can-eat, and hotel experience are preferred.

Familiar with POS systems and basic food and beverage operations software.

Have basic document processing skills.

Preference will be given to those with valid health manager/supervisor certificates.

Have team leadership, adaptability, and customer service awareness.
