Senior IT Project Manager

Duties:

- Lead project management for IT initiatives, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and digital transformation projects.

- Manage the end-to-end delivery projects, from initial scoping and planning through procurement, integration, testing, and final handover to the client.

- Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with sales, pre-sales, and solution architects.

- Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and risk management strategies.

- Oversee the integration, configuration, and testing of systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and client requirements.

- Coordinate with internal engineering, software, and QA teams, as well as third-party contractors when necessary.

- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project scope, schedule, or cost.

- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of project management experience inITindustry, international experience is a plus.

- Proven success in managing projects involving multi-vendor solution integration and deployment to end-users.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
