Duties:

1. Assist & be responsible for CEO resource matching, business negotiation, project execution and coordination;

4. Responsible for bilingual meeting minutes, document translation (such as prospectuses, financial statements, contracts, etc.), and cross-department/cross-border communication;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, law, and other related fields, with CPA/ACCA/CFA qualifications preferred;

2. Have financial/audit/IPO-related experience, cross-border M&A, Hong Kong stock/US stock/other cross-border stock listing project experience;

3. Familiar with financial modeling, valuation analysis and capital market transaction processes;

4. Bilingual mother tongue in Chinese and English, able to write business documents and conduct professional negotiations fluently.

Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, accounting and finance, legal professional background;

Work experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience, those with investment and acquisition, offshore IPO project legal / audit / general work experience;

Personal qualities: Strong logical thinking and communication skills, strong business skills and stress resistance.
