Relationship Manager Trainee

We are looking for a presentable and motivated Relationship Manager Trainee to join the Corporate Banking team.<br><br><br>Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements.</li><li>Discuss customer needs, line structures, and terms with the Relationship Manager or Account Manager.</li><li>Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to gather all necessary information for credit proposal processing from clients.</li><li>Prepare all credit proposals with a focus on risk analysis and mitigation strategies, ensuring they meet bank standards and highlight key financial factors.</li><li>Gain a deep understanding of the bank’s credit policies, products, and services.</li><li>Build a positive relationship with the Credit Manager to clarify any queries.</li><li>Respond to customer calls as needed.</li><li>Manage account onboarding and prepare call reports.</li><li>Execute KYC/AML tasks, deal execution, and documentation.</li></ul><br><br><br>Qualifications<br><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or Engineering, with a minimum CGPA of 3.4.</li><li>Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial sector.</li><li>Strong command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is essential, with knowledge of Cantonese as a plus.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of the bank’s credit policies and operational systems.</li><li>Strong credit and legal knowledge, along with marketing skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and analytical abilities, with a capacity to work effectively in a team.</li><li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul>
