（1）Job Description
1. Project delivery
• Lead the low-code SaaS product delivery process, covering system deployment, configuration, data migration and initialization, etc. critical stages.
• Based on project requirements and customer business logic, use low-code platforms to develop customized functions and integrate systems, ensuring that the delivery results accurately meet customer expectations and business rules.
2. Customer training and support
• Provide professional product training to customers, through system operation demonstration, in-depth function explanation and application scenario case analysis, etc., to help customers quickly familiarize and familiarize with the software product.
• Rapidly respond and properly handle technical issues and inquiries from customers during product use, provide practical and feasible solutions through remote assistance, on-site support, etc., and ensure that customer business operations are not disrupted.
•Effectively collect customer feedback and needs, sort and accurately pass them on to the product development team, drive continuous product optimization and upgrading, enhance product market adaptability and user satisfaction.
3. Post-sales service management
•Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the delivered software system, and maintaining the system in a stable running state.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships, regularly visit customers, understand their actual use of products and satisfaction levels, timely discover and meet their potential needs, and solve related problems.
(3) Employment Requirements
1. Technical skills
• Familiar with low-code SaaS software delivery mode and operation mechanism, familiar with mainstream SaaS applications (such as CRM, HR, OA, etc.) business processes and functional characteristics.
• Familiar with Windows Server, Linux, etc. server operating system basic configuration and management, master network fundamentals, and be able to efficiently troubleshoot and solve network failures.
• Familiar with AI-related technologies and applications, including basic usage of AI large models and related fundamental theoretical knowledge, and able to flexibly use AI to solve practical work problems.
2. Project experience
• More than 3 years of software delivery and implementation experience, having successfully participated in at least 1 low-code SaaS project delivery, with a complete project delivery case, and extensive experience from requirement analysis to online operation.
• Familiar with project management processes and methodologies, those who hold PMP and other project management certifications are given priority, and those who can independently shoulder the responsibility of project delivery, efficiently manage project progress, quality and cost.
3. Communication and collaboration
•Have excellent communication skills and strong customer service awareness, be able to communicate and collaborate with customers, project teams, R&D departments, etc., accurately grasp customer needs and provide professional solutions.
•Have outstanding team spirit, and be able to fully exert positive influence in cross-departmental team cooperation, and co-solve project progress and problem-solving.
•Have strong document writing skills, able to write standard, detailed project documents, technical data and user manuals, etc.
