熱線中心客戶服務員 (Full-time x2 )

Working location: Tseung Kwan O / Kowloon Bay / Mei Foo

Working hours: 10:00 - 20:00 , Saturday 12:00 -18:00

（One month with 6 days off, working 5.5 days per week, 8 hours per day, and Sunday off）

Responsibilities:

Call existing customers (no cold call) from the hotline center and provide excellent customer service

Seize the opportunity to promote services and product discounts or retain customers
Follow the rules and procedures to handle work, follow up in a timely manner and complete the whole work process
Full-time work requirements:

Grade Five or above / Secondary School Diploma
Have good software application experience

Labor: base salary + newcomer bonus + commission = approximately 18,000-25,000
