Job responsibilities:
· Provide marketing and brand management support with an aim to improve profitability and market exposure
· Liaises with internal departments and external parties to monitor marketing budget and to ensure marketing plans are implemented in a cost effective manner
· Lead the execution of marketing programs and evaluate outcome and effectiveness
· Manage public relations and corporate communication projects
· Support in crisis management and corporate brand building initiatives
· Monitor and manage public channels (e.g. media inbox, social media etc)
· Develop and maintain good relationship with business partners to seek for collaboration opportunities.
Requirements:
· Degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related discipline
· 10 years or above working experience in marketing management, public relations, corporate communications role with strong networking and good partnership in retail, catering and FMCG industries
· Exposure working in marketing agency and event management is required
· Proven experience in managing a comprehensive range of social media platforms and experienced in executing digital advertising strategies
· Strong business sense with strategic thinking and analytical mind
· Creative and able to work under pressure
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
