IT Officer / Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support system integration tasks, data mapping and ensuring seamless coordination between ERP and financial systems.

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports

• Deploy automation tools, scripts, and system integrations to eliminate repetitive manual work, particularly within accounting and daily operations.

• Explore, test, and implement AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Agents to enhance operational efficiency and data processing capabilities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.

• Min 2 years of working experience in IT fields.

• Familiarity with and hands-on experience using Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Advanced Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling).

• Prior experience or exposure to the implementation of AI projects is a strong plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
