Job Description:
We are seeking a senior advertising sales manager who is passionate about local life and the new consumption field, and result-oriented. You will serve as a core member, responsible for developing and maintaining advertising business based on three leading platforms - Gaode Map, Meituan, and Xiaohongshu. You will provide brand customers with a combination of product and effect digital marketing solutions to help brands achieve business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently responsible for developing new customers, discovering potential customers through various channels, and establishing cooperative relationships.
2. In-depth understanding of local life service customer marketing needs and challenges, and customization of advertising placement strategy and solution based on Gaode, Meituan, and Xiaohonghua.
3. Complete or even exceed personal sales targets, and achieve continuous growth in company revenue.
4. Maintain and deepen long-term strategic cooperative relations with existing customers, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Able to combine the characteristics of various platforms, design and integrate cross-platform integrated marketing solutions for customers, and provide professional consulting and advice.
8. Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and planning teams to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of advertising projects, and promptly provide data reports and effect analysis to customers.
Requirements:
2. Have rich local life, large consumption, e-commerce, automotive and other industry customer resources, those who are familiar with the local market and have a good understanding of consumer behavior are preferred.
3. Excellent sales skills: Have strong new customer development ability, negotiation skills and signing ability.
4. Deep market insight: Interested in and have unique insights into digital marketing trends, especially local life and new consumption tracks.
5. Excellent communication and expression skills: Able to clearly and professionally present solution value to customers, with excellent PPT presentation and speaking skills.
6. Have a strong service awareness, be able to think from the customer's perspective, and provide truly valuable solutions.
7. Able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high-goal environment and actively seek solutions to problems.
