<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Product Manager (Technical Product Manager)</strong></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for technical selection, product solution design and performance evaluation of memory modules, solid-state drives, control chips, etc. electronic components, and provide optimal configuration advice to customers;</p></li><li><p>In-depth understanding of the customer's equipment environment, application scenarios and performance requirements, transforming them into specific product technical solutions, and writing technical advice and solution description documents;</p></li><li><p>Maintain close communication with the R&D team and upstream suppliers to ensure that product technical specifications meet market trends and customer requirements, and follow up on new product introduction and validation processes;</p></li><li><p>Support the market and sales teams, provide technical explanations, solution demonstrations, and problem solving to customers, assist in the completion of orders and enhance customer technical trust;</p></li><li><p>Responsible for customer project delivery support and technical follow-up, ensuring product configuration, testing and application meet the agreed solution, handling technical abnormalities and after-sales support;</p></li><li><p>Continuously collect market and customer feedback, participate in the development of product roadmaps and technical development strategies, drive product iterations and solution upgrades;</p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain technical document libraries, solution case libraries, and training materials to enhance the team's overall technical service capabilities.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or above;</p></li><li><p><strong>At least 5 years</strong>Semiconductors, storage products, electronic components or related industries<strong>Technical support, product development or solution design experience</strong> ;</p></li><li><p>Familiar with the technical specifications, application scenarios and performance indicators of DRAM, NAND Flash, SSD, control chips, etc. products, and have the ability to select and configure;</p></li><li><p>Have<strong>Customer-oriented technical communication skills</strong>, able to understand and transform customer requirements into feasible technical solutions, with direct support for sales or customer projects;</p></li><li><p>Understand AI servers, data centers, industrial control systems, etc., downstream application fields, those who understand these fields are preferred;</p></li><li><p>Have project delivery and follow-up experience, and be able to coordinate internal and supplier resources to ensure technical solutions are implemented;</p></li><li><p>Good writing and oral presentation skills in Chinese and English technical documents;</p></li><li><p>Have strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.</p></li></ul>
