<p>Job Responsibilities<br></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the basic architecture planning, construction and optimization of the core business platform, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the system, and directly supporting the continuity of the company's key business.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Design and implement high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and data backup strategies to ensure critical systems meet service level agreements (SLAs).</p></li><li><p>Independently manage the entire life cycle of virtual machines, hosts, storage devices and network resources, covering deployment, configuration, change, monitoring to resource recovery.</p></li><li><p>As a core technical interface, lead the investigation and resolution of major system and platform-level faults, performance bottlenecks, and other complex technical issues.</p></li><li><p>Develop automation tools using PowerShell and other scripting languages to improve daily operations and maintenance efficiency and reduce human error risks.</p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p><br>Work requirements<br></p><ul><li><p>Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related professional bachelor's degree or above.</p></li><li><p>Have more than 5 years of IT infrastructure operations and maintenance experience, with at least 3 years focused on medium and large VMware vSphere environments (such as managing 50 host machines or more) planning, deployment and maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in VMware vSphere suite (vCenter, ESXi), in-depth understanding of resource pool management, DRS, vMotion, performance monitoring and fault diagnosis mechanism.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Windows Server series systems, with clustering (Cluster), group policy (GPO) configuration and deep fault diagnosis capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Have SAN storage network practical operation and maintenance experience, familiar with fiber channel switch configuration, LUN mapping and management.</p></li><li><p>Able to use PowerShell for automated script development, with actual project application results.</p></li><li><p>Have solid knowledge of TCP/IP networks, and be able to handle common network configuration issues such as VLANs and routing independently.</p></li><li><p>Have excellent complex problem analysis and solving skills, and be able to calmly respond to emergency system failures under high pressure.</p></li><li><p>Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners as a technical core.</p></li><li><p>Need to meet the Hong Kong work visa requirements: Hong Kong permanent residents, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hong Kong return employment arrangement (IANG), dependent entry visa or other qualified work permit.</p></li></ul><p><br>Benefits<br></p><ul><li><p>Year-end bonuses</p></li><li><p>Flexible work schedule</p></li></ul>
