Accounting Assistant (Full-time / Part-time)

Job Description



Job Responsibilities

1. Daily file and email processing: Sorting and categorizing incoming and outgoing letters, scanning customer files and storing them electronically, and sending commercial letters and customer files to external parties





4. Accounting clerical support: Assist in classifying accounting vouchers, sorting and recording accounting vouchers, basic data computer input, and data verification

5. Complete other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

1. Be meticulous and organized, strong sense of responsibility, and business data confidentiality awareness

2. Proficient in basic computer operations, familiar with Word, Excel, scanning and archiving is preferred

3. Willing to cooperate with field work; those with accounting clerk/assistant related experience are preferred.



5. Flexible working hours, full-time, long-term part-time, and short-term temporary employment are all available

Salary and benefits

1. Full-time: monthly salary HK$8000-12,000
Daily standard work hours of 7 hours, a comfortable office environment, a relaxed team atmosphere, timely completion of work, and no need for overtime

2. Part-time/Temporary: HK$80 per hour, paid based on actual hours worked, with flexible scheduling
