Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive
Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented caliber to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide administrative and creative support across various marketing campaigns, including social media management, email marketing, content creation, and some event coordination.
This is an entry-level position ideal for a proactive team player who is eager to learn, enthusiastic about digital marketing, and looking to build a career in the field.
The Role:
· Digital & Social Media Support: Lead the day-to-day management of brand social media accounts, including content creation, story/post scheduling, managing direct messages, and reshared tagged content.
· Content Creation: Produce visually appealing assets for email campaigns (EDMs), social media, and printed collateral using design tools and good sense in photography / simple videography (reels).
· Email Marketing & CRM: Draft and dispatch regular EDMs for retail and restaurant promotions, while handling basic loyalty program customer inquiries.
· Database & File Management: Maintain marketing files, media libraries, contact lists, and content calendars to keep the team organized.
· Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with sales, design, and product teams to gather information needed for marketing collateral.
· Marketing Operations & Support: Fulfill daily marketing material requests from internal ops teams, keep monthly internal reference guides updated, and assist with occasional weekend or seasonal events.
We are looking for:
· Experience: 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally within F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors.
· Design & Visual Skills: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or Canva, Photoshop / Lightroom with hands-on skill in photography for digital media.
· Digital Literacy: Familiarity with social media platforms, basic CRM/email marketing tools, and community engagement.
· Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task across routine administrative and creative work, and flexibility to support occasional on-site events.
· Languages: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
· Mindset: Enthusiastic, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new marketing techniques and tools.
