II. Position Responsibilities
1. Post housing information on rental apps, campus groups, and other online platforms to attract student attention.

2. Respond to student rental inquiries, recommend suitable housing, and accompany students on house tours.

3. Assist students in signing rental agreements, handling check-in, and promptly resolving any subsequent rental issues.

4. Help students with co-living needs find suitable co-living partners and coordinate related matters.

Three, position requirements
• College degree or above, those with rental or student service experience are preferred, fresh graduates can also try.

• Will use WeChat, Xiaohongshu, rental APPs, etc., communicate and understand students’ needs.

• Responsibility, willingness to actively help students, and ability to strive to achieve their rental goals.
