Senior Solution Architect - HUAWEI CLOUD

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and analysing business and technical requirements from the ecosystem and sales team to understand their goals, challenges, and constraints

• Designing optimal Huawei Cloud architectures ensuring scalability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness

• Lead technical discussions and workshops with customers to identify pain points and propose innovative solutions that address their business challenges

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on best practices, solution architectures, and deployment strategies

• Lead technical discussions and workshops with customers to identify pain points and propose innovative solutions that address their business challenges

• Translating complex requirements into tailored, scalable, and efficient Huawei Cloud solutions using services like ModelArts, DataArts, GaussDB, and more.

• Cloud Deployment: Hybrid Cloud architecture design, integration, and security, experience in cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Foundry, Open Shift, Docker, etc

• Develop migration approach to move applications form On-Premises to Huawei Cloud or develop new cloud-native application solutions

• Staying updated on emerging technologies, and industry trends especially in the AI, Data and Databases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field, or equivalent industrial experience

• At least 5 + years of working experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture role, with a proven track record of success in designing, developing enterprise cloud solutions and AI, Data and Database solutions

• Strong knowledge of AI, Data and Database algorithms, techniques and frameworks

• System design experience, with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods

• Hands-on experience on Cloud transformation with public cloud or private cloud

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Coding experience in one or more programming languages e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.Js, GoLang, bash etc.

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Ali Cloud) are a must
