Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Full responsibility for the daily operation and management of the tea restaurant, ensuring that all business processes are smoothly carried out
Develop and implement business objectives and sales strategies, increase revenue and customer satisfaction
Manage food and material procurement, inventory control and cost accounting, effectively controlling operating costs
Supervise employee shift scheduling, service quality, and work performance, and maintain efficient team operations

Work requirements

Have management experience in tea restaurants or the food and beverage industry, familiar with front and back operations
Have good organizational and coordination skills and leadership ability, and be able to lead the team to achieve its goals
Prioritise food safety and hygiene standards, and understand the relevant legal requirements
Able to adapt to shift work, with the ability to respond to changes and stress resistance
Secondary school graduation or above, those with basic computer operation skills are preferred
