Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end to end recruitment process for front-line and positions from posting job advertisements, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, offer proposals, on / off boarding process

• Manage several recruitment channels and keep sourcing new platforms

• Handle monthly payroll processing and communicate with supplier

• Explore different recruiting strategies to find the best ways of sourcing talent for front-line and back office positions

• Responsible to visit NGO for any ad hoc recruitment project

• Support on any ad hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor

Qualification & Requirement:

• DegreeHolderinBusinessAdministration,HRMorotherrelateddisciplines

• Minimum2yearsofworkingexperienceinofficeadministration/operation support

• Result-oriented and detail-oriented

• Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskilltoliaisewithinternalandexternalparties

• GoodcommandofEnglish,CantoneseandMandarin

• ProficientinMSWord,ExcelandPowerPointispreferred

• Adaptivetofastchangingenvironment

• Immediateavailableishighlypreferred
