Job Description

Broadband installer

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for broadband network line survey, fiber or copper cable laying, and terminal equipment (such asONT, router) installation and debugging for residential and commercial customers;
Arrive at the designated location on time according to the service order, communicate with the customer about installation requirements, confirm the construction site and wiring layout, and complete the technical briefing on site;
Assist in handling installation issues after initial use, provide basic operation guidance, and refer cases that require further support to the technical support team according to the process.
