Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation and delivery of beverages, including tea, coffee, juice, milkshakes and special blends, ensuring that every cup meets the quality standards and brand flavor requirements.
- Prepare drinks immediately according to customer orders, balancing speed, accuracy, and service etiquette, and maintaining a high-efficiency and friendly counter service process.
- Daily complete equipment check (such as coffee machine, ice maker, refrigeration cabinet), raw material preparation and work area cleaning and disinfection, and implement food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in inventory management, regularly inventory tea leaves, sugar syrup, fresh fruit, milk and other consumables, and make replenishment suggestions based on demand to avoid shortages or expired waste.
- Cooperate with in-store promotional activities and seasonal limited-time drinks, participate in tasting feedback and operation training, and continuously improve mixing skills and product knowledge.
Work requirements
- Willing to learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOP), including food storage methods, equipment maintenance steps, and personal hygiene rules (such as frequent hand washing, wearing hairnets and aprons).
- Have good communication skills and team spirit, be able to collaborate with colleagues to divert traffic during peak hours, and proactively assist in filling gaps and supporting front-line services.
- Can be adjusted to fit shift schedules, including weekend, holiday, and evening shifts; some stores may require support for cross-store temporary transfers or short-term training.
