• Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior R&D Developer to join our team, focusing on building and optimizing scalable, production-grade systems. You will be responsible for end-to-end development across mobile, web and backend, leveraging cloud-native technologies and agile practices to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

• Key Responsibilities

➢Design, deploy and optimize containerized services on Kubernetes (deployment strategies, auto-scaling, rolling updates, resource management;

➢Architect and implement scalable APIs and robust backend logic using Golang or Node.js, supporting high-volume data processing and system extensibility;

➢Collaborate closely with PM and QA teams to define test scenarios, validate functionality, and deliver thoroughly tested, production-ready code that meets business objectives;

➢Participate in rigorous code reviews, contribute to architecture design discussions, and engage in agile sprint planning to uphold technical excellence, drive iterative improvement, and align development efforts with project milestones.

• Requirements

➢Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering or related fields;

➢3+ years of hands-on software development experience;

➢Familiarity with basic POS or customer ordering system workflows;

➢Proficient in Kubernetes, React, React Native, and either Golang or Node.js;

➢Detail-oriented, meticulous, with strong problem-solving abilities;

➢Prior experience with agile development methodologies and code review processes is highly desirable.
