Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Hong Kong-based human resources project manager with solid background in outsourcing services management. This position will be fully responsible for the operation management, supplier coordination, risk control and compliance assurance of the labor outsourcing project in Hong Kong, ensuring that outsourcing services support business development efficiently, compliantly and stably.
[Main Responsibilities]
1. Comprehensive management of outsourcing human resources services in the Hong Kong region, including but not limited to labor contract/self-employment contract management, salary calculation and payment, social security/MPF/labour insurance payment, employee relations handling, resignation management, etc.;
2. Interface with outsourcing suppliers, monitor their service quality and KPI implementation, and ensure compliance with company standards and service agreements;
4. Ensure outsourcing operations comply with Hong Kong local labor laws and policies, promptly follow up on policy changes and push them into action;
5. Manage outsourced employees’ attendance, performance, training, and other daily operations to enhance employee satisfaction and retention;
6. Responsible for outsourcing cost settlement, invoice verification, cost control and optimization;
7. Regularly output human resources operation analysis reports, provide data support and management advice.
[Job Requirements]
1. Hong Kong local residents, with at least 5 years of human resources outsourcing project management or labor dispatch management experience;
2. Familiar with Hong Kong labor laws and regulations, social security/MPF/taxation, etc. related policies, and have strong compliance awareness;
3. Have excellent supplier management skills, and be able to effectively push service providers to achieve KPIs and service standards;
4. Have strong capabilities in handling sudden events and resolving labor disputes, and be able to independently respond to arbitration, litigation, and other legal procedures;
5. Proficient in the use of office software and HR information systems, with data analysis and report writing abilities;
7. Have good English and Cantonese communication skills, Mandarin is an added bonus;
8. Bachelor's degree or above, human resources management, law, business, etc. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred.

Note:
1. This position requires strong compliance awareness and risk control capabilities, familiar with CaiNiao business processes, those who are familiar with CaiNiao business processes are preferred;
2. The position needs to be familiar with Mandarin and Cantonese or Mandarin and English.
