Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Renewable Contract)

Our clientis aleading finance company in Hong Kong.They are now expanding the team and looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join for merchant acquisition.

Job Duties:

• Conduct front-end and back-end program testing on various systems, including Internal Loan Systems, Web Applications, and Mobile Apps.

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans.

• Analyze test results and provide reports to the development team.

• Collaborate with the development team to resolve identified bugs.

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Provide end-user support.

• Participate in assigned IT project implementations.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

• 3 years or more of experience in software quality assurance or the program development lifecycle.

• Basic knowledge of the JAVA programming language and any front-end programming language.

• Proficiency in testing automation tools, such as Postman, K6, Selenium, and Cucumber.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular, Vue, React, or Flutter.

• Working knowledge of back-end frameworks, such as Java/Spring Boot, is a plus.

• Basic understanding of database querying using SQL statements for data validation and integrity checks.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.

• A team player with excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Candidates with more experience would be considered as Senior position.
