RWA Technical and Operations Specialist

<p><strong>• Job Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p></p><p></p><p>c. General requirements: Assist in the development of a trading quantification platform basic module (data collection, simple strategy backtesting), test the stability of functions; cooperate with the operation and maintenance team to complete system deployment and testing, write technical documentation, and provide technical support to business departments.</p><p><strong>• Job Requirements</strong>:</p><p>a. Bachelor's degree or above, computer science, software engineering, blockchain-related fields are preferred.</p><p>b. Understand Linux system operations and Docker basics, be proficient in Solidity (smart contract development), Python/Go (backend development), JavaScript, etc. programming languages; familiar with the Ethereum/Polygon ecosystem, understand the DeFi/CEX trading mechanism, those who prefer; have 1 to 2 years of technical operations or development internship/work experience, or those who prefer 3 to 5 years of blockchain/fintech development experience.</p><p>c. Have basic problem-solving skills and team collaboration skills, and be able to independently complete module development and technical problem solving; familiar with Git, Jenkins, etc. Development tools, those who have trading system, quantification platform, distributed system, high concurrency project experience are preferred.</p><p>d. Interested in RWA platform and trading system, strong learning ability, and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure; those with blockchain project or exchange, RWA platform development experience are preferred.</p>
