Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily bank reconciliation, transfer and reconciliation, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and error-free and meet the internal control requirements.
Assist in the monthly and quarterly statement preparation, reconcile interbank account balances in a timely manner, and follow up on abnormal differences.
Properly store bank seals, checkbooks, and financial-related files, strictly abide by information confidentiality principles, and implement the separation of responsibilities.

Work requirements

Have 1 to 2 years of accounting or financial related work experience, those with bank teller, cashier or accounting clerk practical experience are preferred.
Familiar with basic accounting concepts and processes, able to independently operate accounting systems or commonly use Excel for data sorting and verification.
Careful and cautious, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand reasonable work pressure, and steadily complete repetitive tasks with high accuracy before the deadline.
Have good Chinese reading and writing skills, be able to clearly understand bank documents, payment instructions and internal invoice content; understanding Cantonese is a basic communication requirement.
Applicants with a Hong Kong secondary school diploma (DSE) or above, who have completed accounting and business subjects or have a basic accounting certificate (such as the HKICPA Foundation Course, ATC, etc.) will be given additional points.
