Job Responsibilities:
As the core force of business expansion in the Greater China region, you will be responsible for institutional sales and market development of the XXX digital platform in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Taiwan, directly responsible to the regional sales target. Especially focus on new business in hospitals, enterprises and government departments.
1. New market development and sales achievement:
- Through identifying and seeking new business opportunities (target customers are universities, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and government health departments) in the responsible area to achieve annual goals.
2. Customer relationship deepening operation:
- Establish long-term trust relationships with high-level decision makers (deans, library directors, research and development managers, etc.), understand their teaching and clinical needs, and design customized solutions.
3. Cross-regional collaboration and resource integration:
- Collaborate closely with Beijing, Singapore and global product teams, feed back market dynamics, and drive product localization optimization.
- Utilize global sales conferences and other platforms to exchange practices with colleagues in London and New York, and enhance regional sales strategies.
4. Sales process full cycle management:
- Independently complete the entire process from customer research, solution demonstration, business negotiation to contract signing, ensuring a healthy sales funnel.
- Participate in tenders, coordinate internal resources (market, technology, customer success) to support the implementation of complex projects.
Hard requirement: Passport supports high-frequency and smooth travel between Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Guangdong.
Job Requirements
1. Experience and performance: More than 5 years of B2B solution sales experience, of which at least 3 years must continuously meet or exceed sales targets (proof of performance must be provided).
2. Industry background: Have in-depth understanding of the medical/pharmaceutical industry or digital education field, familiar with the procurement process and decision-making chain of hospitals, universities, and government agencies.
3. Regional capability: Having customer resources or successful sales records in Greater China (especially Hong Kong, Guangdong, and Taiwan), which can quickly open up the market.
4. Communication skills: Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken), able to communicate seamlessly with global teams as a working language; with excellent presentation, negotiation and proposal writing skills.
5. Travel requirements: Accept monthly trips within the Greater China region (especially Taiwan), without visa obstacles.
Priority conditions
1. Have medical databases (such as UpToDate, ClinicalKey), research software (such as Clarivate, Wolters Kluwer), or IVD/Medical device industry sales experience.
