Job Description
<p><br><br>Date: Monday to Friday<br>Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>• Answering phone calls/receiving emails > Processing maintenance-related requirements</p><p>• Arrange for engineer colleagues to come to the customer's address/ arrange for driver colleagues to go to the customer's address to recover the company</p><p>• Data Entry: Enter repair cases into the system and update them in a timely manner</p><p>• Submit your offer</p><p>• Answer customer inquiries</p><p>• Fill out bid documents</p><p>• Close collaboration with guests and internal colleagues</p><p></p><p>Dress code: Simple and decent</p><p><br>Requirements:</p><p>• Good Chinese and English skills<br>• Pay attention to details</p><p>• To know MS Office, know computer operations<br>• Knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems is preferred; interested/aware of medical products<br>• Need Sales/Service admin, Order Coordinator, Customer Service 2-3 years of relevant experience; mature in work<br>• Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent academic qualifications (with a science background preferred)</p>
