Computer technical support

• Provide technical support and maintenance services for computers and related equipment to ensure system normal operation.
• Assist in solving user problems encountered in the process of using software, hardware and network.
• Install, configure and maintain personal computers, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain the internal network environment of the company to ensure smooth information flow.
• Record technical support process issues and solutions, and submit regular reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in information technology or related fields is preferred.
• One or more years of computer technical support or related work experience.
• Familiar with Windows and Mac operating systems, understand basic network knowledge.
• Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to handle technical problems independently.
• Responsibility and good time management skills are required, and the ability to support emergency needs.
