• Facebook Business Sales Conversion (Content → Inbox → Conversion)
• HKTVmall Store Operations and Performance Management

Core responsibilities
• Set and achieve monthly sales targets
• Boost conversion rate, customer order value, and gross margin
• Independently plan and promote strategies and be responsible for the results
• Analyze data and optimize sales processes
• Directly responsible for pure profit contribution

This position measures value by "results" rather than work hours.
