<div>Job Responsibilities:<br>1. Responsible for cleaning the residential community and office buildings' public areas, including stairs, corridors, elevators, lobbies, etc.<br>2. Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, waxing machines, etc., to ensure their normal operation.<br>3. Regularly perform deep cleaning tasks, such as windows, carpets, bathrooms, and other designated areas.<br>4. Keep clean materials neatly stored, use cleaning supplies wisely, and avoid waste.<br>5. Assist in handling sudden situations such as overflow, garbage cleaning or other environmental sanitation-related matters.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Have relevant cleaning work experience, especially those with residential community and office building cleaning background are preferred. <br>2. Familiar with and able to operate various cleaning machines to improve work efficiency.<br>3. Fluent Cantonese communication skills, able to accurately understand work instructions and communicate with colleagues or customers.<br>4. Basic Chinese reading and writing skills to record daily cleaning logs and complete simple documents.<br>5. Positive and proactive work attitude, with a team spirit and good professional ethics.<br><br>Benefits:<br>1. Provide accommodation arrangements, but deduct 10% of the monthly salary as accommodation expenses.<br>2. Work 6 days a week, with the 7th day as a paid holiday.<br><br>4. The employer is not responsible for providing MPF, and employees need to purchase MPF and social security pension on their own.<br>5. If you need medical attention upon arrival, you must go to a public hospital for treatment.</div>
