Accounting clerk

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting document processing and ledger registration, including verification of accounts receivable and payable, invoice entry and payment arrangements

• Assist in handling monthly and annual statements and related administrative work, sorting vouchers and archiving accounting information

• Support the accounting team to complete bank reconciliation, expense reimbursement review, and internal financial record updates

• Collaborate with internal and external departments to process financial documents and supplier transactions related to medical services

• Timely complete other accounting administrative support tasks assigned by the supervisor to ensure accurate and compliant financial processes

Work requirements

• Have a higher diploma or associate degree, majoring in accounting, business or related fields

• Having 1 to 3 years of accounting clerical or assistant accountant work experience, familiar with basic accounting processes and Office software operations (especially Excel)

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin reading and writing abilities, and able to handle bilingual financial documents

• Careful and steady, strong sense of responsibility, able to independently complete repetitive but highly accurate accounting work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, able to start work immediately, with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays, and the office is located in Kowloon Tong

Benefits
