Job Title: Kitchen Chef

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily cooking in the restaurant, including ingredient preparation, dish production, and quality control to ensure consistent taste and quality of dishes

• Follow standard recipes and kitchen operating procedures to execute cooking processes, and work with the team to complete lunch, dinner, and special events food supply

• Assist the kitchen supervisor with food delivery, warehouse management, and regular inventory, strictly following food safety and sanitation rules

• Keep the work area clean and orderly, implement cleaning and disinfection procedures, and comply with the relevant food and environmental health regulations of the Hong Kong Food and Environmental Health Department

• Participate in new dish development testing and seasonal menu updates, actively provide cooking improvement suggestions, and enhance overall dining service standards

Requirements:

• No academic qualifications are required, and those with genuine enthusiasm for entering the industry, as well as experienced chefs, are welcome to apply; those with relevant cooking certificates or vocational training backgrounds are even better

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin conversational skills, and able to handle daily kitchen collaboration and simple customer interaction

• Must hold a valid work permit in Hong Kong, including but not limited to Hong Kong permanent residency, the Top Talent Pass (TTPS), the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), the Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Scheme (IANG), the Dependent Visa or other valid work permit

• Able to adapt to shift work mode, including afternoon shift and night shift, with six days of rest per month, and shift schedule to be flexibly adjusted according to business needs
