Job Description
<p><strong> Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop various retail channels in Hong Kong, including chain supermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores, specialty grocery stores and regional-type supermarkets, establish and maintain long-term stable cooperative relationships.</li><li>Regularly visit key customers, deeply understand customer needs, enhance customer relationship quality, and continuously expand product distribution range and sales performance.</li><li>Based on the characteristics and positioning of different retail channels, develop personalized cooperation solutions, and take the lead in negotiating key issues such as entry terms, display conditions, and promotional support.</li><li>Coordinate internal company resources such as supply chain, logistics, marketing and finance to ensure timely order delivery, reasonable inventory configuration and effective execution of after-sales services.</li><li>Systematically collect Hong Kong retail market dynamics, competitor product strategies and pricing information, consumer purchasing behavior trends, regularly compile and analyze reports, and provide business decision-making basis. </li><li>Independently shoulder the sales performance target of a designated area, formulate a personal sales execution plan, achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales indicators through effective time management and customer cultivation.</li></ul><p><br> <strong>Work requirements</strong></p><ul><li></li><li>Having a mature Hong Kong retail distribution network, especially in chain supermarkets, convenience stores, etc. Channels with actual successful entry experience, can quickly push new products to market and expand point layout.</li><li>Have excellent business communication and negotiation skills, be able to secure favorable cooperation conditions for the company, while being cost-conscious and balancing benefits and investment rationality.</li><li></li><li>Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, good writing and communication skills in English, and able to proficiently use Microsoft Office and other office software for data processing, report creation, and business reporting.</li><li>Active and proactive, high stress resistance, good organizational and coordination skills, and team spirit, able to efficiently complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio and service offerings</li><li>Actively prospect for new leads and convert them into sales</li><li>Conduct local market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and exceptional service</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services</li><li>Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives</li><li>Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets</li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the <strong>Sales</strong> industry</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers</li><li>Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management tools</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service</li><li>Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Over 3 years of sales experience in Hong Kong's fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail channels, with familiarity in local retail operations.</li><li>Possess established networks in Hong Kong's supermarkets, convenience stores, and similar channels, capable of swiftly facilitating product placements.</li><li>Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with good English proficiency; skilled in using office software.</li><li>Diploma or equivalent experience.</li></ul>
