Hong Kong insurance signing supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the daily management of the signing team, set signing team goals and work plans, supervise the team to achieve performance indicators, and control the efficiency of the entire signing process.

2. Responsible for team member training, coaching and evaluation, improving signature service professional ability, and optimizing team member retention and development.

4. Strictly abide by the Hong Kong Insurance Regulatory Ordinance and the company's compliance rules, supervise the team's compliance with signature operations, and avoid business risks.

Job Requirements

2. 2 years or more of Hong Kong insurance signing / team management related work experience, with solid business operations and team management skills.

3. Familiar with the entire insurance application, underwriting, and signing process, with excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.

4. Work diligently and responsibly, with strong compliance awareness, and with strong goal awareness and team coordination and planning skills.
