<p>Part Time Sales Associate<br>Job Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Mainly assist full-time colleagues with their work</p></li><li><p>Assist in the operation of the store</p><p>* Process daily operations of the store, including: cleaning the store, organizing shelves, sales, inventorying goods, receiving, goods replenishment and reconfiguration</p><p>* Properly handle customer inquiries and understand their needs, provide quality services to customers, and build solid customer relationships</p><p>* Explain to customers the characteristics of goods, product information, quality, and price to help them make choices</p><p>* Collect payment, deliver goods, issue invoices or receipts, and complete transaction procedures</p></li><li><p><br>Requirements:<br>* Passionate about providing excellent customer service<br>* Have good communication skills, outgoing and proactive<br>* Strong adaptability, able to handle multiple tasks and dare to accept challenges<br>* Responsibility, positive and proactive, willing to learn, and good at team work<br>* Good Cantonese, basic English, and Mandarin skills<br>* Relevant sales or customer service experience is better
