lProduce comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs), feature specifications, flowcharts, and system requirements.

lParticipate in full game development lifecycle: concept, planning, production, QA testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.

lCollaborate closely with producers, developers, artists, QA, and live operations teams to ensure successful feature implementation.

lMonitor and analyze key product metrics: retention, engagement, ARPU/ARPPU, LTV, conversion rates.

lUse data insights and player feedback to continuously optimize game systems and improve product performance.

lDesign and maintain live events, promotional activities, and content updates to support long-term game operation.

lAdapt system design, reward structures, progression pacing, and monetization models for international markets (especially North America and Europe).

lLeverage statistical background (Excel pivot tables, functions) for data-driven system tuning and validation.

lManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of 3+ titles from development to launch.
