Main responsibilities

Provide professional and personalized shopping advice to customers, enhance customer satisfaction

Promote brand products and achieve sales targets

Keep the store display clean and ensure that the brand image meets the high-end standard

Assist in inventory management and daily store operations

Participate in brand activities and promotion plans, strengthen customer relationships

Position requirements

1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, luxury industry experience is preferred

Excellent communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

Outgoing and proactive, with excellent sales skills and team spirit

Strong interest in fashion and luxury brands, understanding industry trends
